Or, the problem can be bigger if you forget to take a sun protection cream against sunburn and you do need something to relieve redness to you skin, there can help water, honey, yogurt, strawberries, potatoes.

Water

Water hydrates the skin and makes it soft and elastic, so if you’re burned, drink more water, to hydrate the body inside.

Yogurt

Another cure long time known for its sun burns relieve power is yogurt or sour milk. It cools, soothes, wets the skin and restores its natural pH value. Apply yogurt to sunburn skin and leave it for 15 minutes.

Honey

Like yogurt, honey soothes and restores damaged skin cells. Apply to burns and allow it stand 20 minutes.

Strawberries
